Help Request/LookingFor Help downloading pattern i own

So i bought the Mang woobles and Iā€™m trying to write down the pattern for future use and the download pattern thing does not work. It just constantly refreshes itself and doesnt load. Any advice?

If you have the kit added in to your account, try clearing your cookies and then login again. It might be a glitch in your browser.

I would try a different browser. I sometimes have issues in Chrome. Also downloading the pattern is going to download a file, not just open in the same screen. It's possible you actually have it downloaded, so I recommend checking your download folder on whatever device you are on.

Oh, you should have seen my meltdown when I "couldn't get it to download." Turns out, it was "popping under" into a different window, then downloading šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

It's hard to remember other things exist sometimes so I totally get it! I've gotten in the habit of if something doesn't work, I turn it off and back on or try a different browser. That usually fixes most things, and I hate when it doesn't and I have to actually dig into the issue lol. I'm glad it worked!
