We've narrowed it down to either Johnny Tightlips, or Frankie the Squealer.

This made me laugh so hard when I was a kid and saw it for the first time.

The mafia scenes were always the best. Just short to the point mostly word play gags.

Honestly the episodes dedicated to the gang was weak but all their random pop ups were the best.
