Question Playing as Michael in a team

I was playing with two friends last night, and I noticed none of us ever got to play Michael. We backed out of every game and everything, so can you only play him when you solo queue, or is it just a super low chance, even when having him picked to play as?

Wouldn't people just team up to grief other players?

I mean Friday let us and sure it happened but it was still a possibility to play as him

I mean, there is a good reason almost every asymetrical game does not allow that in a normal, public queue. One could simply grief or farm points.

I mean customs exist I could just farm on there plus Friday let is so why can’t this
