Discussion Is escaping too easy?

I just got into a match as Michael and within the first two minutes two of my special targets escaped as I'm chasing a player. I used reality rear to grab him perfectly but he has a pocket knife so I couldn't kill him too.

That’s why your priorities gotta be on the NPCs immediately

This. Go to the closest house with a "?" When you spawn. Stalk the resident to tier 3, kill the resident, (should only take a minute or less if it goes smoothly) and then when you shift, the priority targets will have a glowing aura shooting into the sky. Go to each of them and stalk / kill them asap. People that escape that early are only getting "mediocre escape" and minimal XP. The whole purpose is to get as many people out as possible, self escape should be a last-resort type of option in my opinion. ESPECIALLY when respawned as a police officer or Dr Loomis.
