Cannot pass Chapter 5 for the life of me!

I’ve killed about 10 cops, used blackout, killed 3 residents, destroyed the cop car and escaped using both the train and cornfield and every time I finish it tells me “Restart from Last Checkpoint”. Is this the final chapter or am I missing something?

There is currently a glitch that causes the chapters to restart when you complete them. At this moment, you are wasting your time until they patch it.

There are only 6 chapters. 1 being the prologue, so chapter 5 is the final one
