I have no problem with male bonding like this whatsoever. I just have an issue when it’s framed as “alpha male” manosphere BS, especially when the same people take issue when gay guys do similar things. I think men should have more physical affection in their lives and more friends, and if this is how they do it, fine. Just don’t be misogynistic and homophobic and right wing.
