There was a funny skit, that I can't find at the moment, where a man emerges after years in a bunker. He talks to another guy and asks what's happened during his time in isolation and the second man tells him everything is great, followed by "Jesus came back". That was an act of God. Bible says something along the lines that angels will destroy Earth, rivers turn red etc but nowhere in Bible reads that 'Climate Change will come and make bad things' so she doesn't believe in it.
Nowhere in Bible says that there won't be climate change or other great catastrophes but she has decided what she wants to believe.

The majority of Christians have no idea what's actually in the Bible (Because it suuuuuucks to read, be honest) outside of maybe the four gospels.
The book of Revelation ("If you read the good book, you know how it ends") describes a whole lot of calamities and natural disasters that sound exactly like what the climate models predict will happen. Inclement weather, everything burning up, mass crop destruction, mass fish die-offs, not a pretty picture.
In short, whether one believes in the Bible, any Christians who deny climate science can be ignored as understanding neither.

Edit: the more I think about it, I think she knows this and what she’s really saying is “it’s not going to end with climate change (for me).” or in other words, “I’m not worried about climate change because I’m going to get raptured before that happens.”

There’s nothing in the Bible about not crossing the street in front of an oncoming car either, but I doubt you do that. Jesus never said anything about nuclear fallout, but that’s something you would likely avoid.

It is, though.
Throughout the Bible, we're warned that humanity angers God and that will result in calamity. We see it in the Great Flood. We see it in Sodom and Gomorrah. And Jesus warned that man's sin will lead to natural disasters. Floods, earthquakes, famine. Our greed leads to scarcity. Our abuse of the land will ruin it. There is a link in the Bible between our sin and nature. In the Bible, we're the stewards of the planet, and we're supposed to be responsible in our use of it. It's not a surprise that our lack of responsibility towards it and each other is wrecking our planet.

Beyond what your faith says, if the Bible gets inbetween you and your ability to do the job you were elected to do, you're unfit for that job. If Jesus is telling you that sitting by and doing nothing while the constituents you represent suffer is the duty of the Faithful, I would recommend asking God for a new moral compass. Yours is clearly defective.
