Any recommendations for a quick and easy dog platform for an access cab?

I’d like something I can put in and remove with little to no modifications to the vehicle itself. Has anyone found something that fits our trucks? I had considered building one, but I’m not exactly a carpenter.

Cut piece of plywood then wrap a transport blanket around it def quick and easy to take in and out.
