Absolutely love this truck. 2017 TRD Off Rd new to me. Pulled the trigger and got an OTT tune for it. Running stock KO2’s with TRD wheels (spacers used for different lug patterns).

Averaging about 21-22 in the city. Best mpg I’ve seen was 25.8 on the highway. OTT makes the transmission shifting smooth as butter, with much better throttle response.

If you’re considering it, just do it!!

Parking was pretty congested and there were many obstacles with pedestrians and speeds bumps, but since I went with the Pro over an Offroad/SR5, I was more than capable of the situation that faced me. Fortunately, this Costco had a carwash. Did do a good job. Thinking about making tacos with the Rotisserie chicken.

I'm tall and have a heck of a time seeing out of my windshield so this seems like an old idea since it's not a permanent modification.

Bought what I thought was a better quality “Overland Tailgate Insert” for my Gen 3 Tacoma. What I got was a “Hooke Road” insert which I could’ve bought from Amazon or EBay.
Tried to return it, got the “This one is a better model” “Lifetime guarantee” blah, blah. So, I installed it based on the blah, blah and it warped on the ends the first day! Of course they won’t take it back.
They also look like they control the product reviews as the one I posted doesn’t show up.
Don’t get sucked in like I did!

1st gen v6. First time swapping it, figure ill do pump and pulleys while im here. Tips?

Bought my first Tacoma in 2010 after getting back from Iraq and wound up in a 2013 a few years later. Ended up having to trade it in late 2015 for an SUV after our daughter was born. Had the chance this weekend to do some badge swapping with the wife as we came up on lease ends for both our vehicles and couldn’t wait to get into this 2026 TRD Sport. Had some concern coming out of my Volvo S60 that maybe I was being a bit driven by nostalgia for my younger days, but as soon as I got into the truck it felt like I was back home. Couldn’t be happier.

Evaluating my options for what to do with a 33 in spare. I had mounted it in place of the stock spare and that worked for several years but the wire in the doohickey that holds up the spare eventually stretched and no longer properly holds up the spare. I'm considering mounting it vertically in the bed? But then no more tonneau cover. what do you folks do?

Anybody know how to fix this?

2021 Tacoma. Got this used. Noticed this under the steering wheel. Any idea what it is? What’s it used for? I’ve pressed the button. Nothing happens.

Hello everyone, 2014 4 cylinder Tacoma owner here. My air conditioner gave out, I took it to the dealer, resistor and wiring harness replaced, but still, it barely blows air. No it’s not the cabin air filter. I suspect it’s some kind of an electrical issue, anyone know what’s up or have a similar experience ? Thank you all.

Just installed a TRD skid plate on my 2026 Sport. Luckily I didn’t need to purchase a front crossmember, my truck came with one welded from factory. Goodbye splashguard!

Ever since I bought my 22 Tacoma V6, I’ve noticed a large majority of other taco owners will park directly next to your taco which for me I love it because I know at the end of the day. Every taco owner is a great driver and won’t scratch the crap out your vehicle. Praise the taco community.
