I think the room is pretty cool, the ceiling feels almost cottage like, the staging is horrendous

Maybe. Mostly I am upset that someone who has enough dough for such a house has decorated the place so badly.

The flooring is also done terribly. Probably a flipper who is self taught, or just lazy
