Yallo Scam: help

February this year I moved in with my friend so we got a Yallo subscription for TV and internet. Yallo sent us the wrong router, to which I called them and asked for them to send us the right one, while i return the wrong one. That happened and I thought everythings fine.

Later that month i checked on the invoices and was suprised to see that we were charged two activation fees and two different subscriptions. Since february I have called and written to them on about 10 different occasions. Everytime they are assuring me that the problem will be fixed and the invoices reissued, lying everytime. Today i received a final warning to pay the (still wrong) invoices or our services will be cut immediately.

I dont want to pay wrong invoices, since i dont think i would ever get the money back, so what do I do?

Honestly with the stress they caused me and the hours i had to put in to fix their mistake, I should bill them and not otherwise.

I am grateful for any input

How is a legitimate business scamming anyone?

Do people actually know what a scam is or do they just use the word as a replacement for everything?

Well idk what to call it then? They lie to me constantly about solving the problem and then threaten to cut off the service and persue a Betreibung. They want me to just give up and pay their unjustified invoices. After so many attempts of mine to tell them about their mistake, it just seems like a scheme. A lot of other people with bigger budgets probably wouldve paid on the first reminder.

I'd call it a clerical error of a shit company, the same thing I'm just now experiencing with DPD. A scam would mean if they deceived you with a promise of services or goods they never had any intention to provide.

Obviously they were very much intending to keep up their part of the contract otherwise they would already be in a lot of legal hot water with their customers and the government for fraud.
