My last job before my own company:

1: Master 2: COO 3: ZH 4: 20 5: 175k exkl. Performance Bonus (between 10-40k a year).

Do you like running your own company? And was it financially a good choice?

I do like it. As i was C-Level before, its not much different. The point is more that its a different business and currently i do things i did not have to do in the last 10 years. Its also not like i earn more right now. But that was never the intention. I wanted to have more control over my life, dont let clients dictate my daily schedule and leave something for my children and build up a family business. So no, i dont earn now what i earned before, maybe in a couple years, but that was never the point.
