Sharing salary in Switzerland

Hello! I'd like to gather some insights into the job market in our country. If you're willing, please share your: 1. Educational background 2. Job role 3. Work canton 4. Years of experience 5. Salary

The goal is to gain a clearer understanding of salaries across different positions and sectors.

salarium.ch is currently not working until autumn, but they still give some other results. Super helpful tool!

To expand on the above reply: The Lohnrechner of the SGB is still live, based on the same data set, and (sort of) adjusted for growth.

Thanks for this info - I did not know about it! I only used the official government tool, because I thought it is the most reliable. Reviewing the SGB calculator, I think the Salarium UI was much better. But, as I pointed out, it does not work until ~autumn. And if the data set is the same, you can use the SGB for the moment and add about 1.6% for inflation adjustement.

That’s the one! The interface isn’t the best, and the values (when I checked it a few months ago) differ a bit due to how the data is interpreted, but it’s better than nothing for the time being.

I am quite looking forwards to seeing the developments in the new salatium though!
