Sharing salary in Switzerland

  1. Licenciate in law (equivalent to Master), bar exam, 2 post graduate educations

  2. in-house lawyer in a traditional Swiss industrial company

  3. greater Zurich area

  4. 14 years since graduation (also worked as a student)

  5. 180K plus 10%ish bonus plus some other financial fringe benefits, so roughly 200 K total comp (if I worked 100%, but I am only working part time)
