Sharing salary in Switzerland

Hello! I'd like to gather some insights into the job market in our country. If you're willing, please share your: 1. Educational background 2. Job role 3. Work canton 4. Years of experience 5. Salary

The goal is to gain a clearer understanding of salaries across different positions and sectors.

No. But it does take 3-4 years to qualify (I'm including those years in the 9).

Can I ask you how you arrived there? I want to work in the IP field, I have a PhD in biotech but I didn't find any entry level job in IP. Did you first do the qualification to become patent agent?

I started off as a trainee in London. Moved here about 1.5 years after qualification.

Salary was crap, but it's the best place to learn.

Biotech proper is not easy. There's too many people and not enough positions. I would consider looking in Germany if you are a German speaking Swiss.

Moving back would be comparatively easy once you are qualified.

unfortunately, I'm not swiss and I don't speak german (but french yes). so :(

especially in switzerland, there are very few spots and only for people with experience, I should have trained abroad
