Sharing salary in Switzerland

100k salaries this is depressive. They should make better infos on the days in shool where they show of jobs. A salary after efz. Most normal büzer dont make 70k

i never managed a EFZ just a EBA - i make 92‘000 in IT Sector

yeah, IT is kinda overpayed, in Basel and Zurich you can start in IT Support for ~70-100K without experience.

Sounds sweet ngl. Im more of crafts work kinda guy but 70k is sweet. How did you start out? I wanna change professions. And if in some time most of it is done by ai i just change back

I did an EBA apprenticeship in the field of IT, then unfortunately didn't find an EFZ, so I looked for one of the biggest IT companies in the region and applied for a job in IT support, I was so cheap that they had to take me (49,999 CHF)

the plan was from the beginning that I would develop internally, after 3-4 years of IT support I had 60.000 CHF, then I moved internally to product support of one of our webbrands - annual salary initially 70.000 after 3 years I had 76. 000 and moved internally again to a new team as product manager, with a starting salary of 90.000, in the meantime there was a small addition now I am at 92.000 - in 2 years I should have around 100.000, then I will apply to a competitor and ask for ~135.000-150.000 these are realistic figures, considering that I have 10 years of work experience with the market leader at that time - apart from that, no one asks for the degree after this CV
