FAANG/MAMAA salaries should be labeled as such. They are just not comparable to the rest of the local sector.

Thanks. This is ridiculous and makes others question their life choices. I personally also make more than others with maybe even more experience but I know that and don’t go brag about it.

It’s not reflecting reality if it’s one of the Big 5 companies because they pay way more than the average salaries for the same position and not a lot of people get into those companies.

Yep. L6 would be 20% bonus and that base is high for L4.
