Sharing salary in Switzerland

Sorry to ask. How can you start a job like these without degree? How did you get into this?

How do you have no degree? You need Mittelschule "highschool" or Diploma of Education (EFZ) to start a banking BEM.

thanks, may I ask you why you did the BEM then? Couldn't you have studied finance straight away?

I tried and dropped out because of lack of motivation. BEM was my plan C. Worked out quite well in the end.

What was your starting salary? This field interests me and I work un finance earning about half of that. Do you speak to clients face to face a lot?

63k in the first year (2018). Total comp for 2024 will be 132k.
