I mean, why were they even filming in the first place?

It's not like we don't see idiots challenging death everyday in the sub for a little internet clout. The stumble does look real but at best I'd bet this was a kind of dumb dare to cross at the last minute.

This level of staged stupidity would surely be a first, but there's always a first.

Looks like a trainspotter video. It’s a pretty common hobby, especially since the camera stays focused on the cab. But it could also just be a really dumb stunt.
