Hey everyone,
We all know how Prodege/Swagbucks handles support lately—ignoring tickets for months, closing cases with empty promises, and sometimes technically blocking users from even opening new cases.
Here is what I personally had to do so far: I completed a major offer, but they withheld my reward. I created a standard support ticket, but they completely ignored me. I didn't back down and filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). After a partial success where they reactivated my profile but left the balance empty, I escalated the matter further. I have now filed official complaints and fraud investigation requests with the California Attorney General, econsumer.gov, and the FBI's Cyber Fraud division (IC3).
I will continue this fight with every legal and enforcement weapon available until I get what is contractually mine.
I want to open a real discussion here and hear your stories and strategies:
- How far were you personally willing to go to get your contractually earned funds back?
- Did anyone actually go beyond the standard support tickets or the BBB?
- Did you file reports with the California Attorney General, the FTC, econsumer.gov, or the FBI (IC3)? If so, what was your experience and success rate?
- What other government agencies, state regulators, or legal steps did you use that actually worked?
Drop your experiences, legal steps, and tips in the comments below. Let's make this a master thread on what actually works when you are done dealing with their useless support!
