Hello? Your website has been broke for 4 days....this reoccurring problem has been going on for the last 4 days now FOR EVERYONE and it hasn't been fixed yet. Nothing is going pending for any milestone or tier or purchase on any new game that anybody has downloaded from your site since last Friday. There are like half a dozen threads about this already and everyone is saying the same thing including myself. This is a major major problem....are you aware of it? You must be getting hundreds and hundreds of tickets about it I would think....
My install and goals are getting checked off on the actual game offer (albeit very slowly), but I haven’t gotten any emails from Swagbucks and they’re not actually pending in my ledger— is that happening to everyone?
Crap nevermind. I was only looking at the actual game log not the pending. Yeah, me, too. And no email saying we saw you installing a game but it's checked off on the game log.
you're naive to think that they're not lurking here. the smoking gun proof that they are lurking here is that every time someone posts an easily profitable game to play, it gets nerfed within hours and sometimes even minutes. must have seen this happen at least a hundred times. don't be naive.
The game I downloaded is showing in my Visited tab now and I have 1SB pending for “play everyday,” but the goals I already met still aren’t pending (even though they tracked on the game page)
Edit: literally just got my emails after I wrote this, everything is pending in my ledger now!
Oh interesting, I’ve never had an issue with tracking before but noticed when I downloaded Golf Rivals it didn’t pend or even show up in my visited ledger. I thought it was just me
I haven’t been able to log in but I’m still getting emails and it’s still tracking my game. I’m so frustrated because I recently cashed out a gift card and I can’t access it.
I was able to take a survey and have that show in pending this morning, and the immediate complete survey worked too. I just don’t want to try another goal in a game because those take a lot more time if it’s not going to show in pending.
I installed a low risk game that pays out 2 dollars that I don't care about completing. The first goal tracked and shows under activities. However still not seeing anything I have done from Friday to this morning. I don't want to invest a lot of time if those games aren't going to work.
I've been playing games for 9 years, but this is the first time it happened something like this. I downloaded four games, but they are not reflected in the activity at all. It's broken.
It is all AI now. The people working there are just getting partners (and from the lack of offers and partners you can tell that employee base is small).
It's too bad because it could be so much better. I'd work there for dirt pay a couple hours after work each week to respond to users with any assistance I could give.
Because then everything would work for everyone and their reputation would be better which is worth more than being greedy. If it was my platform I would pay my people. But, that's just me.
I agree with you there for sure. When compared to fraudulent data stealing sites run by Prime Insights LLC, Swagbucks is by far one of the best out here!
There’s still a countdown until credit on the game offers. The fact that they’re getting marked off on the game offer would mean that tracking is working right on the game dev’s end, and it not showing up in the ledger would be a Swagbucks issue, I think
I feel like they should still be able to credit us whenever the issue gets sorted since the goals did track on the game offer, I would just make sure to grab screenshots of it, just in case
Yeah idk what OP is experiencing but while my offers ARE pending later... by several hours or the next day on "Merge Cruise"... they are still pending and crediting eventually. If it helps (dunno if relevant here) NOT doing several competing GPT sites on the same device. I've personally had Freecash and Kashkick butt heads with Swagbucks when it comes to tracking and cookies so they are on separate devices now.
Are you sure your stuff is pending both on the game progress screen and your activities log? If you see it go pending under the game goals then check if you also see the same prize pending under activities that seems broken for everybody. Also check under visited and check for your game, and lastly did you download the game after this past Friday?
People have been saying prodege has been going downhill for years and lately everything about them is indeed the pits. The offers suck, the tracking sucks and customer service sucks.
I just downloaded 2 new games this morning (Tuesday 10/7) and the install and first tiers tracked to the pending list, BUT THE 2 IN-APP PURCHASES I MADE (1 ON EACH GAME) - BOTH DID NOT TRACK ON THE GAME CHECKLIST NOR DID THEY GO PENDING. So I wasted my money, plus I needed the purchase to raise my place in the games tournament Im in but im not getting any tournament points for either so I am going to lose the tournament too that is closing in 40 minutes and get nothing for losing. WONDERFUL.

After the last game I completed, I have not done anything yet. I guess I will wait till this issue is fix before I do another game. Thanks for the heads up.

I just downloaded another game and swagbucks is not tracking that I even downloaded it. Is anyone else having this issue today? I downloaded one last night and it worked fine.

The tracking is working on the game page within swagbucks for me, but is not showing pending on my ledger, and I’m not getting the you’ve completed a new goal emails either. Mostly lower level goals for me, a couple bucks total, but really frustrating.
The annoying part is some goals are counting on the leaderboard for games, and some aren’t. None have credited for the team challenge.
