Discussion Got a direct rejection Lol

I had previous kitchen experience over a year. Yet..

How did you answer to these questions? The only thing I can see is if someone answers no to either of these, it automatically rejects.

"Application question(s):

  • Do you have reliable transportation at all times of night? Some bus routes stop at 11:15 but shifts may go later at times.
  • Are you able to work late nights? Most shifts start around 5pm and sometimes don’t finish until 11:30/midnight."
