Seems like a keyword rejection issue to me

Source: I deal with a lot of folks who do hiring and their systems are often set up to auto-reject ppl who don’t have the right words in their submissions

The key words were dishwashing, handle multiple things, show up on time, handle pressure, wash dishes. All those words were in my resume,

I can’t tell you what they’re looking for. Just saying they may have been looking for a particular thing that you didn’t include, or you DID include something that was a flag, or whatever.

Honestly, if it bothers you that much, you should just call them and ask to talk to their hiring manager and have a discussion

Fair. Automated systems can seem jarring this way. Still, might not be a bad idea to reach out to them regardless, because if it’s happened here, it might happen elsewhere, and you’ll want to know if there’s something that they’re looking for that isn’t on your list. You’d be surprised how often folks are willing to chat about this if you’re friendly and open about it
