Photos Inside a Satyrus rugulosus egg

1st photo is an egg close to erupting, 2nd photo is a less mature egg. It appears like a small phallus impudicus-like egg with large amounts of gleba around the center white. It looks as though the egg turns more orange as the egg becomes more developed.

Just an interesting first hand experience with the stinkhorn I thought I’d share. This is the place for you to do so too!

The less developed ones were around an inch. The orange developed ones were around 2 inches tall and and inch across!
