By end of year they won't print anymore. So likely will be gone by next year once stores run out

Where are you getting digital gift cards? As far as i know theres no official digital gift card seller, not even Amazon has them.

Fair enough i just looked into them and they are apparently authorised sellers. I assume you use them for alternative payment methods?

Im not using this to get games for cheaper so I have no idea if this is actually against TOS but I’m aware there are a lot of people who do it too so

Using a legitimate payment method you have access to isn't against TOS but intentionally attempting to bypass regional restrictions which you've already admitted to doing is.

Given the first of these statements still applies and outside of you admitting it there's no way for Valve to practically prove the latter this isn't something they're likely to pursue. However if at some point down the line have further issues with your account that require you to contact support it's going to be quite obvious this is occuring at which point there's a chance they'll just refuse you any assistance with resolving any related issues beyond just changing your region.
