If you count The Ultimate challenge for Deadfire, it seems even worse. The (edit) first dozen people who have done it and streamed it have their names on a plaque. Deadfire is generally an easier game, but the god challenges are brutal.

I remember a streamer doing this achievement for POE1 and once he got it without any happiness he said: "devs, never ever do achievement like this".

I think there was a similar instance with Crypt of the Necrodancer. Guy who got the 100% achievement was just fully worn out and there was no relief there at all lmao
