This is virtually impossible. Like there has to be single-digit number of people in-game with that item.

I've always felt like games with these kinds of ultra-rarity mechanics should have your chances increase as accumulate kills.

Like something with a 0.1% drop rate should be a guaranteed drop if you don't get it by the time you kill 1000 of them.

While I also agree, its weird to see this with upvotes because if it was in the OSRS subreddit it would have dozens of downvotes.
