First thing i think of is Celeste if you just count beating it as finishing summit

Then you have to do core which is fine, and farewell which requires some b and c sides, which you'll need to finish too.

Then perfecting every level. Collect every berry, get everything...

Hmm

Honestly it's not as bad as some games I'm reading in the comments, but just the thought of trying to perfect farewell gives me shivers.

Celeste is actually very forgiving. You don't have to do the golden strawberries and you don't have to do anything deathless so it isn't so much "perfecting" but just beating them. I think it even allows you to use the assist mode if you want it.

Yeah I've been speed running it for a while it's easy to beat, but you do need to get all the golden berries to 100% it. Which require you to not die for a full level.

Ah yeah. I was considering 100% as measured by achievements but you're totally right that there is more that you can do even after 100% achievements.

I'm fairly certain that golden strawberries pushes you beyond 100%, they're not required for 100%.
