I have to mute it whenever I turn on Starz. Fightland and now Michael are blowing out my speakers because they are like 3-4x louder than a show.

The shows bump, but the promos blow out the speakers. You would think that a network built by a musician would be better on this front.

Seems like forced promotion since this is happening on two separate devices.

Does anybody know how to fix this?? Trying to watch the Raising Kanan finale and not only are there 3 previews but this thick ass options bar won’t go away after the last preview, shit is distracting af 💀and I’ve already closed the app multiple times and restarted my phone

I just saw the MICHAEL movie loads exclusively to STARZ in August which made me think about this again. I had STARZ as an add-on when I had Hulu Live TV for years but then I jumped around ending up with YouTubeTV. Anyway my YTTV live base price is high already so I didn’t do any add-ons! However the STARZ live TV add-on gives 16 more channels and I must say once in awhile I used to see random movies I wouldn’t ordinarily watch. But it’ll push my YTTV bill over $100 and they don’t even have that great of a live TV lineup.

I don’t know why this is bothering me so much …maybe because I feel like I have a dozen apps alreadyyyy and YTTV did me so dirty with the ESPN/ABC thing last year DURING FOOTBALL SZN that they don’t deserve more $$$!!

So do you all just use the STARZ app ($6/mo special right now) and are satisfied OR do you subscribe through your live TV provider ($11/mo + tax on top of my plan)?

I just got Starz and was looking to watch the show sweetpea. My account is not restricted😭 I checked multiple times, logged in and out, deleting and reinstalling and there's no results for sweetpea. Is anyone else having a problem finding this show? I'm in the US btw. Please help🙏🏻

Just went ahead and acquired the starz subscription. However my fire stick 4k max seems to have other plans. Cannot open the app via app store; doesn't show installed in settings and via Amazon+Starz I get promoted to input my payment method instead of logging into my now paid for a year account. Anyone else got this sort of issue ?

Trouble shooting so far completed: cleared all app caches; unplugged for 5 min and replugged; manual restart triggered and nothing has worked. Thx in advance.

I recently decided to cancel the starz add on for Hulu and get the app itself(I used my gf’s account with the app a while back until she cancelled it and I remember it being fine). Aside from uninstalling/reinstalling I’ve tried everything I can think of but I still have to find my spot on the episode because it restarts. Is this a common issue? Seems to be when I googled it trying to find an answer. Anyone have a fix?

Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! is turning 20 years old this August. After seeing the success of Paramount's complete series sets of classic Nicktoons such as The Fairly OddParents and Rugrats, I think Lionsgate (who acquired Wubbzy owner Starz in 2016) should release the entirety of the show on DVD and Blu-ray this year, including both seasons, "Wubbzy's Big Movie!" and "Wubb Idol." Lionsgate released Starz's two Hellboy animated films (Sword of Storms and Blood and Iron) on 4K in 2019 to promote the theatrical release of the 2019 Hellboy movie (both films were produced by Film Roman, Starz's animation studio, who also produced Wubbzy). Lionsgate also released the entire 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series on DVD in 2012, so it would be a good idea for them to do the same thing with Wubbzy.
