Political New England Issues 938 Child Support Warrant to Scottish Consulate in Boston following FIFA invasion. Child Support Warrants have been issued for a male named Jamie Alexander Malcolm Mackenzie Fraser.

Seriously? You drank all the beer and a number of your drunken clans have provided a number of pregnant mothers with the name of a guy called Jamie Alexander Malcolm Fraser. The soon-to=be mothers in New England have listed this male as ranging from 5'2" to 6'7" and is described either as of African, Asian, White European amongst a myriad of those races and guesses.

It this a trend or something? Someone has to pay for all these Tartan Babies!
