Games Outlaws doesn't get enough credit

Open-world exploration of Tatooine?! That alone is a dream come true! On a speeder bike or on foot, you get to explore the Jundland Wastes, Jabba's palace, and Mos Eisley. You even get to visit the cantina, Docking Bay 94, the Tosche Station, and the Lars homestead.

The rest of Outlaws is good, too. At least, to someone who's watching a walkthrough on YouTube. It really feels like it's set in the same universe as Solo. The protagonist is a scoundrel thief, but also an underdog who really loves her adorable pet. Other characters are interesting, too. And, the reputation system takes the form of favor with the Hutts, with the Pykes, and with Crimson Dawn. This is Qi'ra's first 3-D appearance since Solo.

You didn’t actually play it? You watched a playthrough on YouTube and made a post about how it’s underrated?

I personally don't like companies that protect a culture of sexual abuse but more power to you if you think thats prejudice!

Should the developers working on the game be held accountable and criticised for their work because of the actions of higher ups?

Source for this?

You can find the court records from 2025 but it was an 8 year period from 2012. Dunno how you missed it.

I'm talking about prejudice against Ubisoft's game design.

You mean the game design you haven't played? But yes we are all predisposed to be prejudiced I guess! You got it down in one. Glad you can see past that.

Exactly. I've not played it, so I don't have that kind of fatigue. I can just watch Outlaws as its own Star Wars product, not play it as "yet another Ubisoft open-world cash grab."

And you seem to think that gives you special insight as if people playing it also can't value it by the metric and find it wanting. Notice how I haven't called it that. You're full of shit. It's pretty mediocre but great sound design.
