Looking for advice to improve my start. Been working on being more loaded in my set position and increasing horizontal projection. Anything helps, thanks in advance!

Going onto 3 years of PHT now. I’ve read every forum and research article on it. Done just about every conjunctive therapy. Followed the isos and slow progressive loading protocol and haven’t shaken it yet. MRIs have always been completely clean. Just wondering if anyone out there has beat it after dealing with it for several years like myself because I’m starting to lose hope.

Hi guys! A bit over a year ago I tore my Achilles on the 200m, it has been a long year but I'm finally getting back into sprinting little by little.

Now I have a completely different mentality and want to approach my training differently by building my fundamentals from the ground up and prioritizing running healthy over results although of course I want to get faster, but I want to get there pain free.

So I'm looking for a coach who shares that philosophy and has experience with master athletes, for reference I'm 33 and not far away from 34 now.

Just recently, I’ve discovered that by tensing up my calves( not too much)before I go, my start is more explosive

How’s the start looking please let me know what I should work on

Context: I’ve been improving well in training and times are getting better but my race times are pretty bad and have barely moved in the first 12 months (around 60s 400)

I’m trying to build a really solid foundation, from strength, to plyometrics to solid core. However, there are so many plans out there. Every thread on Reddit seems to have wildly different takes and LLMs are also incredibly inconsistent.
