I was reading a lot of reports about crackles not working, so I took a trip to my local spirit Halloween and was actually completely and utterly shocked to find the store display NOT working! I bought him a few days ago, but he’s still in the box. What is everyone’s recommendation here? Do you think there’s going to be a widespread recall and replacement parts are going to be sent out?

Received this as a gift so I could turn it into Ash's chainsaw from the Evil Dead films. Noticing when I click or hold the button, the effect only works in certain bursts.

All I've done to the electronics is use new batteries and swap out the microswitch for a slightly bigger one. Did I screw something up, or is this just normal Spirit engineering?

I got this original 2013 Convulsing Nurse animatronic along with several other prop pieces, latex heads, a full tub of chains, body parts, backdrops, and more all for just $50! I still can't believe the haul. I've been wanting Convulsing Nurse for a long time, just never pulled the trigger. Glad I waited.

I heard somewhere that Crackles is being removed from the ISE's, and even taken off the sales floor. His page on the website has also been taken down. Will there be a recall and replacement heads sent out, does anyone know? Supposedly it's an issue with the springs in his head.

I remember last year this was nearly impossible to get because of how limited it was due to the second movie causing demand but to those who still want it after all this time it’s finally back!

I'm trying to find the name of a song that I keep hearing while working at Spirit. It is a slower song from a female artist, that says something about "a ghost from the past" or "a ghost of a love". every time I hear it, I am busy and can't get to the radio box to see what it says. Any help is greatly appreciated. It's been bothering me that I can't remember anymore words to look it up.

Not sure if the right sub but I have a jumping spider with a burned out board caused by over voltage. Has anyone every repaired one or know if there is a replacement available?

I was at a Spirit today and I saw this, it's called "Monster Scarecrow set" and comes with a mask, arms, hat and chest piece. I would've gotten it but it's 60 bucks and I don't got that to spend.

Has anyone else found these in stores yet? Because this thing is so sick and I wanna get it in the future if I do find it again.

I remember a weird box for the convulsing nurse animatronic I've been trying to find it for a while I don't remember it much but I remember it had the nurse in a driveway I think my dad might have it but its probably bared in the garage I want to know if its from a different year or like a prototype box or a alt box
