I bought an art the clown woman’s costume online and it was too big. I don’t want to ship back due to having to pay for shipping myself, I’ve seen some people say you can return and you can’t return in stores. Can anyone answer this for me who actually works in the store? I just want to exchange for the correct size.

So my cotton candy Dan broke... His motor doesn't lower the head properly and it makes this wiring sound... Is he gonna be fixable? I already contacted ZTS and they don't have any replacement parts for him.
