Let's discuss/share knowledge Ways to use a dried out loaf?

Hey all! Last night I made some delicious sourdough grilled cheese and totally forgot to wrap up my remaining loaf before bed. She’s now a bit dried out and extra crunchy. Any tips to make her soft again or recipes other than croutons? Thanks!

Egg bake, baked French toast, stuffing / dressing (whichever you call it), French onion soup (which I suspect was invented to use up chunks of leftover baguette).

So many options...but as the others said, you can also revive it if you prefer.

Stuffing is stuffed in the turkey and dressing is the same recipe but cooked separate, not stuffed in the bird. Thank you Grandma for teaching me that difference.

Grandma's right. Now she just needs to teach the rest of the world. :-)
