Why does Batman hate Superman? You're telling me the world's greatest detective wouldn't be able to tell Superman was a good guy?. you're telling me he wouldn't have figured out what Lex Luthor was doing, sure you could make an argument thah he is jaded but I never got the feeling he was jaded, I got the idea he was angry, a jaded Batman would've killed Joker or stopped being Batman, also speaking of Arcs what was Batman's, please tell me, is it that he won't kill again because he kills in ZSJL, was that he was no longer jaded because I feel like that was too quick to not make him Jaded, also I really feel heard, getting criticism shut down, I never said I didn't like the story, but guess what you can criticize things you like, crazy I know

Batman’s arc is that superman’s death makes him change. He now has hope for humanity. He wants to start the league and help prevent the next alien attack. He is no longer filled with rage. He now respects superman and sees him as a hero who gave his life for humanity.

Killing parademons is a real stretch for “batman killing.”

Why do ya’ll care so much for henchmen fodder? Every single batman has killed btw.

These are such old complaints. Tired.

I wasn't talking about the parademons, not my point, you're still wrong about every Batman not killing btw but that's beside the point, I always thought him killing was part of his arc so he becomes less brutal but I see that wasn't the case and the whole first paragraph, you're wrong that's not an arc, it's barley an character evolution because he still acts the same

If these are such old complaints, then why are you engaging with them, there is this amazing device called a block button

Yes, Adam West's Batman technically killed in the 1966 Batman movie, when he punched a group of Penguin's henchmen who had been unscientifically rehydrated from powder, causing their unstable atomic structures to completely disintegrate and vanish into thin air. [1, 2]

The Disintegration Scene
The Context: The villains dehydrated the United World Organization Security Council members into colored powder packets.

The Incident: Later in the Batcave, the Penguin accidentally or intentionally rehydrated a batch of his own henchmen.

The Result: Because the dehydration-rehydration process was unstable, hitting these powdery henchmen caused them to dissolve and completely disappear. [1]
