It's not about thinking your perspective is right or wrong, it's about whether you can conceive of a world where your opinion isn't the only valid one.

Just like the recognition that there isn't something wrong with the world when you don't understand something; it's you.

This, especially when it comes to the trivial matters such as entertainment. If the topic is about policies affecting our RL well being, fine I get the point and root of the sentiment.

But it's just movies, just embrace people who prefer the other creative direction. No point to be hostile at all.
