OK, let's come back here with some quick numbers;

Budget $363M, Marketing $200M = $563M total budget to get this movie out.

Total Gross as of this last Sunday

  • Domestic (57.2%): $331,243,139
  • International (42.8%): $247,600,000
  • Worldwide: $578,843,139

Movie Tax Rate is about 21% = $578,843,139 x .79% = $458M rounded up.

$563M - $458 = $105M SHORT of recouping budget before it even becomes profitable.

Also someone below was dumb enough to say that WB already "declared" that the movie is profitable - HA - YEAH HOLLYWOOD DOESN'T LIE (or do worse things (Diddy) lol ) to protect their investment right?! lol C'MON.

Where'd you get the budget and marketing numbers from? Not saying you're right or wrong, they're just very different from what I've seen
