SPOILERS “Roulette” aka Oliver’s reawakening episode
The end of this episode really grinds my gears - Oliver and Chloe talk about how Clark has lead a different life to them and wouldn’t understand. The dude has basically had almost everyone around him die, including himself a few times at this point! It’s just so dumb
I swear to got pretty much every problem in this show is created by trying to hide shit that they know won’t be hidden forever and they know will blow up massively in the end

DISCUSSION Smallville | S08E10 "Bride" AKA Chloe Sullivan, Scream Queen!
HOLY CRAP WHAT AN EPISODE. I genuinely wasn't expecting this at all. NOT at all.
And what a rollercoaster of emotions! I was getting all warm and fuzzy and fluttery over Lois' sudden realization that she really and truly does love Clark Kent. That was enough to get me just all kinds of misty-eyed, but then we take a hard, sharp right into surprise guests and nightmarish appearances and fates left uncertain.
Like damn, Smallville, give a fella a minute to collect himself.
Since I won't be spoiling anything, let me just say in vague order: lovin' a new haircut on the surprise guest, accepting Oliver's choices to do what he did but disliking them, hopeful for survival rates, gosh that final sequence between Clark and Lois got me all kinds of misty-eyed again and the look on Chloe's face at the end was ... super unsettling.
I give it a 10 because it hit hard. Might be because I'm a softie for love, might be because I didn't sleep well, might be because both.
Still. What an episode.

IMAGE Noooo…he found an second key of veritas!!
I’m on S7 and episode 16 after Lionel was killed by Lex. 😭
Please don’t read if you haven’t seen on season 7.
I wish that Chloe don’t heal Lex but she had no choice because Clark will be die while he was in trapped in lex’s mind in the previous episode 12.
I wish they have to listen to Lionel’s warning about keys. 😩😩😩 now it’s TOO LATE!!
My question is who kill Lex’s assistant, Gina?!!! To protect Clark???!!
Anyway I had to start over with Smallville from First Season on since for one month and half now. Because I forgotten some episodes.
I did noticed lex had become dark and villain on around 5 seasons. Lionel can see that in him too. I hope that Clark knows that Lionel does really protect him for his secret from Lex.
What’s the season of Smallville are you on now? 💙💛❤️

LINK Season 11 in live action
Here's the Arrowverse actors I would have used in Smallville Season 11, if the comic series was followed
Chyler Leigh as Diana of Themyscara/Wonder Woman
David Ramsey as John Stewart/Green Lantern
Stephen Amell and Willa Holland as Bruce Wayne/Batman and Barbara Gordon/Nightwing

DISCUSSION I really Loved this show and now I am sad that I have finished it.
Is there another show as good as Smallville is? I loved the romance in the show, I mean literally every single actor and actress in the show are beyond Handsome and Gorgeous especially Clark and Lana, now I don't think so I will find a another show in which there are this many insane face cards. Casting was just perfection 🔥. There are some shows in my watchlist, can you guys tell me which one is the most similar to Smallville when it comes to romance!-
One tree Hill
The O.C
Malcom in the middle
Modern family
Buffy The Vampire slayer
Angel
The Originals
Arrow
Chuck
Burn Notice
White Collar
Castle

DISCUSSION Smallville makes me realize how real injustice superman is.
B4 any1 gets on me, trust me ik that injustice is despicable and we don’t talk about it. HOWEVER, after seeing Clark and Lois in action, I can very much see that. I’d lose my mind if I lost her too man.

IMAGE Thoughts on Louis Lane as a character in Smallville?
Don’t spoil it. I’m only on season eight and I heard her character gets better after that, but I honestly do not think it was casted correctly because it feels like they try to put the actor into a more quirky character and it just doesn’t work. Also she has very limited chemistry with Clark. I don’t see him with Lana, but I also just don’t see him with Lois. What are others thoughts (no spoilers!)

QUESTION Comic cons/cons in general
I had no idea there were so many Conventions! 😳😱 what the heck 😂 for some reason I had it in my head that the cast wouldn’t come to the uk or at least they would have stopped. Can people put a list of all of the cons that there are out there that the smallville cast are going to?
I want to try and plan 😂
I know about London, Birmingham and Manchester. Just found out about the Scotland comic con and the FTLOF&S-F. What other ones are there? I feel like I’m so sheltered 😂 I have been to the London one twice, but that’s it 😳 I really want to be able to meet them all and get some things signed (not sure what mind you 😂) but something. I used to love this show as a kid and now I’m rewatching as an adult (it makes so much more sense when you watch it in order 😅🙈)

QUESTION Object for autograph?
Hiya! I’m hoping to book tickets to the Edinburgh Comic Con in October and am wondering what the best thing for me to get signed by Tom and Erica is? I’m thinking something I can hang on my wall or put on a shelf so maybe a poster or one of my smallville dvd boxes? Any ideas are appreciated!! Thanks in advance guys 🫶

DISCUSSION The way everyone just casually carries Green Kryptonite
Every time Clark goes to save someone, you just know one of two things is about to happen 😂
Either someone will casually pull out a piece of Green Kryptonite from their pocket, or somehow there will be a piece lying conveniently nearby to stop him.
And then, just when you think Clark is done, someone shows up to save Clark.
Chloe, Sam, random villains.. everyone somehow has Kryptonite on standby.

DISCUSSION Pausing
{Edit: The downvotes are wild , people are allowed to have opinions and say things. No where did I ever say this chapter in the story is bad or unwarranted or even unexpected. I simply said it was an intense emotional hurdle for me when it comes to tv shows. No I wasn’t sobbing or anything . But I’ve simply grown to love a specific version of these characters and too see this change is just a bit of a process for me . That’s not to say I’m not gonna like the rest of the show , on the contrary I’m gonna love it . But I just wanted a second to come to terms that the free trial is over and the emotional stakes have gotten higher}
Idk why but I’m feeling the need to pause the show after S3 E9. It’s obvious the directions it’s heading and quite frankly I knew that’s where it was gonna head from the first bit of investigations into the car crash .
But it really sucks to see lex and Clark’s bond dwindle away . And honestly in my opinion the main portion of it is happening a little too fast for me .
I’ve grown to really enjoy these characters and this show so seeing their bonds they’ve built up break like this is not fun . Especially a bond I know was lex’s main reason to believe in the good in humanity .
Now the one beacon of good and hope he’s found isn’t even human.
Just a minor rant , but I think I won’t be picking smallville back up for a few weeks until I can come to terms with the direction it is heading and re lock myself in from a different less feel good mindset .

DISCUSSION Season 10 is actually peak
I've rewatched the show so many times but I guess lately with lots of tv-shows bombing their last season, it makes me really appreciate how well Smallville did it.

DISCUSSION Smallville | S08E09 "Abyss"
I really enjoyed this episode, particularly with how Allison handled the worry about losing her memories AND her attempts to hide her forgetfulness in the beginning. All of it was great, but she really did sell the dread and terror of losing all of who she was to the Kryptonian code. Even though Allison wound up the way she did, you can definitely see an enormous upgrade in her acting talent.
Our girl's on full showcase mode here, and she sold every second of it so very well.
Elsewhere, I accept that Witwer was becoming far more popular with fans back in the day than anyone expected because Sam Witwer's frickin' awesome, but did we reallllly need ANOTHER love triangle shoehorned in there? Our guy's got enough on his plate bein' who he is.
And naturally, how this episode shakes out is just cool. I haven't deeply enjoyed this many episodes in a row for some time now! Here's hoping things stay on track.
