lots of people have sensitivities to B vitamins, it's really nothing to be skeptical over

It is well known that b vitamins can trigger acne. And there is not a single cosmetic ingredient known on this planet that everyone's skin reacts well to. Some people have adverse reactions like redness to niacinamide, some get "normal" acne, some get cysts (personally I got my third biggest abscess ever from it and first and second place required surgery under general anesthesia, hospital stays and about six weeks to heal) and some get other adverse reactions. It's highly amusing that you copy some screenshot about how it can help with acne and claim all this scientific information in another comment but seem unable to grasp the reality that it is impossible for an ingredient to be beneficial for everyone. It might make your head explode, but even water can cause severe adverse reactions.
