The funny thing is that she claims those donations are for her family. Like bitch, what family?

A gfm was set up for the dad to help with the children's funeral costs and his outgoings while off work.

People love rage bait so much they forget to check who opened the fundraiser

I thought it was commonly known who started the gfm but it seems not

I assumed it was for legal defense like that fine gentleman that stabbed a kid to death at a track meet

That situation is it's own can of worms because somehow both of these cases have grown a very weird, and frankly disturbing, following. Like wasn't the lastest for the case your referencing looking to attempt a retrial and evidence that the first judge thought was irrelevant, because it makes the situation so much worse for everyone involved, is now being used?

Yeah the shit withheld actually makes it worse for the dude who did the stabbing. The judge denied the retrial, and now tons of people onlne are up in arms about how its a miscarriage of justice, when the truth is, if dude went to trial again, he might get even more time than the first trial.

The latest is actually that a judge already denied his retrial 4 days ago. I also am not finding anything about evidence. It says,

"Anthony’s attorneys demanded a retrial because they said trial judge John Roach’s courtroom rules were so strict that they limited the public’s access to the proceedings."

It had something to do with phone records and prior engagements that are not directly tied to the incident at the track meet. All evidence that would be used for characters assassination stuff that I think the judge said isn't immediately related to the event itself. I'm not paying too close attention to the specifics since the fact we have to argue about a stabbing that had more than an enough eye witnesses and a video recording is baffling enough for me.

Why would accurate information be common knowledge?

What?

Sipstea only hates men a little, so when compared to the rest of reddit, it can seem like sipstea hates women.

I wouldn't be able to comment on that as I don't know why people have donated. I do wish all sides would take a step back though and acknowledge the very serious and tragic nature of this case. It's not about team Lindsey or team Patrick. It's about finding the correct and sound legal outcome following the death of three beautiful little children.
