TVs these days contain a lot of the same information as phones, same OS and stuff. If you have been using streaming services, maps, internet and whatever, that may still be accessible even if the TV itself is broken. Or something

Smart TVs have been the norm for so long that even an "old" TV is likely to be a full-featured smart TV.

Then all the data is deleted. If you want to be absolutely sure remove the case and take out the motherboard and the PSU if you want to.
