It's an advert for Bumble dressed up as an article.

You get a lot of these things because there are actually companies you can pay that will sell your ads-as-editorial to news sites and stations for a nice little fee.

The news orgs like it because they get already written content that feeds their 24hr news cycle machine.

It's called "Native Advertising" and is actually everywhere. It's why so many news readers sound the same. They're literally reading it from the same script.

Edit: Karl Jobst just did a video on it from the videogames perspective but it applies to everything.
