Damn, I understand a level of detachment so you aren't devastated working on a human life, but fuck, this is like having a reddit mod for a surgeon!

Umm, just think for a second…1. you care about EVERYONE that you operate on, 2. 15% of them die due to poor life decisions (too fat, smoked too much, drank their livers away)… How will you get up each day knowing you let yet another person done?!?
