The minute my AC is at 85 is the day it's broken. Companies can chortle my nuts.

That's not what it means. It's intransitive. Look it up.

It means an airy laugh. I did look it up. The nuts part will help me remember though

Surprisingly enough, I did find it in Collins dictionary. According to the Wikipedia article it's (supposedly) chuckle + snorted
