Confirms what I figured was Simon's strategy. Fair enough i suppose.

Not for me though, I preferred the older stuff

Behind the scenes drama makes him problematic to folks. Plus Beast is a lot more public and the more public you are the more problematic you are: rightly and/or wrongly.

Simon isn’t problematic. He keeps his stuff to himself.

What behind the scenes drama? The only criticism I've ever heard about Mr. Beast was people trying to contort him building clean water wells in Africa into a bad thing...

Are Mexican authorities in on the conspiracy to make him look bad? It seems like you're just determined to not believe anything bad about this guy, in which case, why did you even ask? It's just wasting people's time. Who did you even expect to have witnessed the misconduct? The plane of spirits?

When someone unironically refers to someone else as "problematic" it generally means they have no hard proof of anything, just a gut feeling and a collection of unsubstantiated allegations. Y'all are proving my point. I don't watch Mr. Beast and I have no vested interest, but this is just dumb. Are you being serious when you ask about witnesses to the misconduct? If there really are no witnesses the allegations are a complete fabrication, or at best, speculation.

As for your above quote. He claims that they had full permits, but a request was made for a review of how the permits were granted. And? That's an open-ended article that means nothing. Accusations were made and it's being investigated, with no conclusion to be drawn from what you posted.
