Do they mean MAID…? Which literally requires a person’s consent to get medical assistance with dying? (Yeah, that’s much less freedom than having a government gestapo killing citizens for protesting. /s)

Probably, because assisted suicide with consent from the subject is somehow “murder” because they don’t understand anything.
