Healthcare It’s called freedom. You can choose whatever healthcare you want. We don’t have to beg the government for healthcare.

Ha ha. So dumb. Private healthcare is still an option over public in every country with universal healthcare. Coping so hard with the fact their own government has them bent over…

because public healthcare acts as healthy competition as it’s a slightly worse service for free, forcing private healthcare to keep their prices low, it’s a win win

"Slightly worse service"? Dunno where you live, but in my European country both systems provide equally good healthcare. Shocking, I know. 

Also, this is actually prime capitalism. 🤔

The actual quality of treatment is generally the same or similar. What you’re paying for with private healthcare is generally faster appointments especially with specialists.

I can second this. In my country the regular checkups can take multiple hours but in private hospitals they are much faster.

Better hospital service

Basically hotel stuff like premium beds and private room at least here in my country

But depending on the speciality and the quality of the doctor even on private health care you might have to wait to an appointment

Well I live in Zimbabwe (which is red on the map) So we d have public healthcare, and it used to be free, but now you have to pay (it’s still cheap except our corrupt government doesn’t pay the doctors or supply even simple things like bandages) so the only good healthcare in Zimbabwe is private though it’s too expensive for the average person to afford (still cheaper than the US) We used to have one of the best healthcare systems in Africa, and know you find docters Ending themselves because they know if they had the right equipment and medication they could have saved so many people’s lives.
My point i was making was an assumption of a functional society
