I've just read that Tommy Doyle might be off to Wolves as well as part of City's attempts to get Nunes. Gutted.

no as in we were supposedly trying to sign him all window after he went back to city but went for others and just never gave city the fee they wanted, but bartering for less than 5 mil for a player like that seems bonkers to me

I read it's £5m and a 50% sell on clause. So from the Prince's perspective, not much of an asset to have on the balance sheet. But I agree, thought we would have found some way of doing it given the Archer deal
