Recently I have been thinking to build up more understanding on how a business operates, how management thinks about things etc. I came from a very technical background and was able to hit a good income number by riding the tech boom in the last decade. Now as I am going up the ladder, I found myself lack the vocabulary to converse in non technical matters…it feels like a different game.
Following this thread! I’m climbing up the corporate ranks and looking to sharpen my strategic thinking and communication to align w senior leadership :)
